Shipping and Returns

If making a return, please email us first at info@artfuzz.com for proper return address and return authorization.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY if not satisfied or the item does not fit your project, return for a replacement or a refund within 30 days on all items. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees unless the item was received damaged. All items must be returned in the same condition as received. Units that were not damaged will incur a 20% restocking fee

Artfuzz typicaly uses DHL and Fedex to ship most brand products, and USPS and UPS for movie posters.

Posters will arrive custom wrapped and shipped in a postal sealed tube. All of our framed art comes in custom packaging designed to endure the rigors of global shipping. If for any reason your piece arrives damaged, please let us know so we can rectify the situation. DO NOT ACCEPT THE TUBES OR PACKAGES IF THEY ARE BENT, DAMAGED, OR ANYTHING OTHER THEN ACCEPTABLE.
